PLAITS

FRENCH PLAIT

I started this style of by practicing a normal plait in the mannequins hair. I then started off by practicing a small french plait on the side of her head. As I plaited down, I would get another piece of hair from the loose hair at the side and pull it into the braid. Then, once I got the hang of it, I French plaited the whole head.

I've never done a French plait before so I found it quite difficult to get the hang of. But after trying a few times, I managed to style one that I was happy with! I'm going to keep practicing in my own time so I can perfect it.

FISH TAIL BRAID

The final style was a Fishtail braid. I have had previous experience in doing these braids so I didn't do a small practice one, I just went it for it. I used to braid my hair like this all the time for school so I knew what I was doing. I really enjoy doing these braid's as they are quick and easy to do, even though this one is a bit messy.
